Refund policy
We apply a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To complete a return, you can contact us at the following email address: support@kinfungleather.shop. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Junction Road, Lo Fu Ngam, Kowloon Hong Kong SAR. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return requests will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any return-related questions at support@kinfungleather.shop.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous products, flammable liquids, or gases. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about any specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the product you currently have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for your new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above provisions, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the original received condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that the processing and display of refunds by your bank or credit card company may require additional time. If more than 15 working days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@kinfungleather.shop.
